We are pleased to announce Duresme Court has been shortlisted for an RICS award.  Over 40 of the North East’s top, community-led built projects will battle it out to be named the best in the region.

The judges noted on a recent site visit that ‘they appreciated the challenges of the site location and were impressed with the external finishes, while all involved should be very proud of the development’.

The RICS Awards 2019, North East – will be held on Friday 26 April at the Civic Centre, Newcastle.
