As Senior Director, Richard has a track record of developing and maintaining loyal client relationships whilst delivering challenging complex projects across many sectors, with construction values to £50M.  Combining practice leadership with a hands on approach, particularly during project delivery, Richard has expertise within the industrial, food/drink, leisure and student residential sectors, alongside significant experience with conservation and listed structures. A further recent growing specialism, collaborating with the wider GWP organisations, is the successful delivery of a number of BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ Accredited Buildings.
