Restoration & conversion of an existing historic listed building dating back to the mid sixteenth century, providing accommodation for a 70 bed residential social care, day care and outreach facility as well as facilities to provide a community service of delivered meals run by renowned charity organisation the Sue Ryder Foundation.

The existing building included an eighteenth century brewery. ‘Michelsky Dvur’ means university yard and the origional buildings were constructed in the 16th century as student accommodation for Charles University, this social aspect was continued with the building layout designed to encourage interaction with residents and amenity facilities including the library, chapel, art gallery, coffee shop and hair salon.

The scheme was funded by the Sue Ryder Charitable Foundation.
