Carr Manor Careers Fair

Ben Parish, Associate Director at GWP Architecture, recently attended the Carr Manor Community School Careers Fair, where pupils had the opportunity to explore a wide range of professions and career pathways.

Representing GWP Architecture, Ben engaged with students to discuss the role of construction professionals in shaping the built environment, sharing insights into design, construction, and the skills needed for a career in architecture.

The event brought together professionals from a variety of sectors, giving pupils valuable exposure to different industries. Alongside architecture, careers represented included archaeology, geology, physiotherapy, the Fire Service, and the Police, providing students with a broad understanding of the opportunities available to them in the future.

The careers fair was a fantastic opportunity for young people to ask questions, gain inspiration, and learn directly from industry professionals. GWP Architecture was proud to support the event and help encourage the next generation to explore careers in the built environment and beyond.
