GWP Architecture’s King’s College London Champion Hill Residences has won the ‘Best Student Housing’ category at the 2015 cubo awards.

The cubo awards recognise the achievements of those working in the UK Higher Education Sector and GWP Architecture have been the Architects for the schemes awarded ‘Best Student Housing’ consecutively for the past three years.

2013 – University of Bradford – The Green

2014 – Leeds University – St Marks Residences

2015 – King’s College London – Champion Hill Residence

Following the 2014 win, Ian Robertson, Head of Residential Accommodation at Leeds, explained the reason behind the schemes success. “Our student residences must be well designed, secure, convenient to use, conveniently located and, above all, they need to provide students with an opportunity to live in and be part of a really sociable community.”
