Princedom Street Achieves Passivhaus Accreditation

GWPA have worked with John Southworth Builders to deliver 22 Passivhaus homes on Princedom Street, Manchester, which are now complete and handed over. This scheme for completed MSV Housing, provides high quality, energy efficient homes, helping to support the delivery of more sustainable housing across Manchester. Built using a zero energy and Passivhaus approach, these homes have been designed to be comfortable, efficient and built for the future.
