Rialto House, York, Complete

Rialto House completes and opens for the 2025 academic year.

A purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) situated just outside the historic city walls of York. The redevelopment project has transformed the existing site into a 275-bed facility, featuring a mix of studios and cluster apartments housed in two main blocks, complemented by extensive indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.

Delivered in collaboration with client Olympian Homes, funder Cain International and main contractor GMI Construction. The development opened to residents for the 2025 academic year, achieving Secure By Design Gold Certification and BREEAM Very Good accreditation.
