The Canalside Health Care Centre, Bingley was completed in 2009 under a regional healthcare LIFT initiative. The building centralised existing services within the Bingley area including Bingley Hosptial, Keighley Hospital & 2 GP surgeries with the new accommodation including a Pharmacy, Community Café, Physiotherapy suite, Minor Surgery Theatre, Child Therapy rooms, Counselling facilities and administrative offices for the NHS Trust.

The architectural response met a challenging, steep site, with a conservation area located along the frontage of the Leeds Liverpool Canal. Materials followed the local sandstone vernacular and a fully glazed green tinted atrium gave the building a focal point and modern edge.

The building was a finalist in the West Yorkshire LABC awards 2010.
