Dewar’s Distillery Warehouse, Aberfeldy

The Dewar's Visitor Experience is a purpose-designed exhibition that allows visitors to discover what smoothness feels, tastes and looks like. Located within the historic warehouse at Dewar's Aberfeldy Distillery, the project transformed an existing listed building into an immersive visitor attraction, creating an experience unlike any other.

The works included the sensitive renovation and interior fit-out of the listed warehouse, incorporating a series of bespoke exhibition spaces that guide visitors through the whisky-making journey, from the sourcing of ingredients and distillation process to maturation in traditional oak casks. Throughout the project, the construction team collaborated with local Aberfeldy workshops to manufacture a number of bespoke features, celebrating local craftsmanship while supporting the project's unique identity.

The fit-out also included the installation of custom copper fittings and fixtures, carefully designed to complement the heritage of the building and reflect the distinctive Dewar's and Aberfeldy branding. The completed project combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary exhibition design, delivering a memorable and engaging visitor experience within one of Scotland's most iconic whisky distilleries.
