A purpose built 104 unit accommodation block for Doctors / Medical staff, this project accompanied the construction of the new Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary Hospital, located just outside Dumfries.

The building, on a green field site, was constructed using ‘off site’ manufacturing techniques that included;

•  Pre-insulated metal panel system build with pre-installed windows
•  En-suite shower room pods

Delivered in accordance with Scottish Warrant Compliance, this BREEAM rated project also included external hard & soft landscape works as part of GWPA work scope.
