Stoney Gate Walk, Manchester

The Stoney Gate Development, located on Annie Lee Close in east Manchester, was constructed on a brownfield inner city site, consists of 21 aVordable homes designed and certified to Passivhaus.

The project consists of a mixture of semi-detached & terraced housing arranged to create a new street. The dwellings are constructed using the aVordable & sustainable oV-site manufacture of key components including the building shell which is assembled using panelised timber frame components.

The dwellings are narrow fronted, deep plan ‘townhouse format’ & designed to satisfy HCA design standards.
