Master Builder Awards 2025 - Palace Theatre Winner

A fantastic day at the FMB Awards, where our project at the historic Swansea Palace Theatre was recognised as both a sector winner and the overall winner on the day.

GWP Architecture led the sensitive restoration and redevelopment of this Grade II listed landmark, preserving its rich heritage while creating contemporary workspaces for Tramshed Tech. The project carefully conserved original features such as the façade and ironwork, while introducing modern, flexible office spaces that respect the building’s historic fabric.

Working closely with Swansea Council, R&M Williams, and heritage partners, the project stands as a proud example of adaptive reuse — blending past and future to support Swansea’s wider regeneration.
