Rialto House Superstructure Progress

Rialto House, a 275-bed student accommodation project, commenced on site in January. The project has now reached a significant milestone with the initiation of the lightweight steel frame construction by MetStructures, accompanied by the first installation of prefabricated bathroom pods.

This development is being executed by the main contractor GMI Construction on behalf of Olympian Homes, in partnership with Cain International.
