GWPA are pleased to announce that our Blackrock and Mayton Street projects have been named as a finalists in the Northwest Housebuilder Construction Awards 2023 in the following categories:

  • Modern Methods of Construction awards – Mayton street

  • Residential project of the year – Mayton street

  • Sustainability award – Blackrock Street

  • Sub Regional project of the year – Mayton street

The Northwest Housebuilder Construction Awards are held in partnership with Constructing Excellence in the North West, the Awards are hosted by the School of Science, Engineering and Environment at the University of Salford and the Centre for Construction Innovation.
