Y Storfa, Swansea Multi Award Winner!

We are delighted to announce that our Swansea Community Hub project has been recognised with multiple awards, including the Construction Excellence in Wales Retrofit Award, RICS Public Sector Award, and RICS Project of the Year Award.

The project has transformed a former department store in the heart of Swansea into a new community hub, bringing together council and third-party services under one roof. The flexible facility provides a wide range of public services, including a modern library, archive facilities, employability hub, learning spaces, community areas and a public café.

As part of Swansea’s wider city centre regeneration, the building has been sensitively refurbished and reimagined, with a new illuminated polycarbonate façade, living walls and improved public realm creating a distinctive landmark that reflects the Council’s sustainability ambitions.
