Following the completion of our 970 bedroom Birley Fields student residential scheme in 2015. We have now started the planning public consultations for phase 2. This phase currently includes proposals for circa 500 bedrooms for Manchester Metropolitan University.
Works are progressing well on our urban infill residential scheme in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. Developed around a lightweight structural prefabricated panel system, the project is also designed to Passivhaus principles.
