JWC have successfully reinstated the replicator clock tower on the Grade II Listed Powerhouse building, following months of painstaking work.  The tower will soon receive new illuminated clock faces to all four sides. Restoration work continues on the roof and interior to allow the building to be fitted out with Penderyn Whisky’s distillery equipment.

Main contractor JWC are constructing the scheme on behalf Swansea Council. The design team includes GWPA Architecture, Hydrock, Holloways Partnership and TC Consult.
