We are pleased to announce that the GWPA scheme at Neville’s Cross, Durham (for ECO RES / County Properties) has secured a post construction BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification for the 274 rooms. The scheme opened to students in September 2018 and is currently circa 80% let.

This project is the sixth consecutive GWPA student residential scheme to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, providing a total in excess of 3000 units to this level, spread across these different projects. GWPS were also the BREEAM AP/ Assessors for Duresme Court and previous schemes.
